• Addressing Collaborative Team Dysfunction
You are already sold on using an interdisciplinary team. What happens when the seams of the team start fraying? What if tempers flare? Are we working together seamlessly, or are we turning into a train wreck? How do we deal with team dysfunction? Is our dysfunction making this even more difficult for our clients? How do we fix it? There will be valuable tips and strategies. Come prepared to be vulnerable. Let’s have some difficult (and productive!) conversations.

• Peacemaking as a Career Choice and Way of Life
Do you feel you need to litigate to make a living? Do you ever wonder if it is possible to give up litigation forever and make peacemaking your day job too? We are here to tell you that you have a choice and that peacemaking can be profitable. This workshop helps you develop your peacemaking signature, explores the peacemaking services you can offer families in conflict, and demonstrates cutting edge initial consultation skills so that you can become a full-time peacemaker and make a good living doing so.

• Hope is Possible for Your Clients and for You!
Family attorneys usually see clients who are stressed and fearful about their future. The uncertainty makes it difficult for many clients to appropriately participate in settlement negotiations. This workshop will present the benefits of hope and how to give it to our clients and ourselves.

This event is free for CIACP members, with a light breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks and beverages provided.
CLE credit pending.
