“Enrolling the Client” is the first session in our Summer Series of Events, which will be held in June, July, and August.

Enrolling a client in a Collaborative process first means enrolling yourself – increasing your comfort level and working from a Collaborative perspective from the first touch you have with a potential client. I will talk about ways to think collaborative and to speak the language of collaborative even if you have never had a collaborative case; how to build your website with an emphasis on dispute resolution and families and working with referral sources to increase the kinds of families that would lend themselves well to a Collaborative process. In addition, we will talk about the process itself – what is a divorce process where the focus is on compassion, family, and post-conflict relationships.
